The executive summary (AQL-F07) puts the quality system on one slide for top management: six figures, each with its target and direction, and the decisions the review needs, each with an owner and a date. Open the meeting with it, take the detail from the data pack only when someone asks, and attach it to the minutes. The template's six figures are a sensible default: customer rating, on-time delivery, first-pass yield, corrective actions shown effective, supplier on-time delivery and review actions past due.
