About Aegis Technologies Inc.
We build audit and evidence platforms for the suppliers and operators who keep aircraft, vehicles, medical devices and drones safe. Each one reads the records a team already keeps and turns them into evidence an auditor, a customer or a regulator can check for themselves.
Our mission
To give small and mid-sized suppliers in regulated industries the evidence discipline of the largest primes: built from the records they already keep, honest about what those records cannot show, and signed off by a qualified person, at a size and price a fifty-person plant can carry.
Why we exist
Almost every plant our founder walked into already had the CAPA log, the supplier scorecard and the calibration records. What it lacked was the time and the method to connect them before the audit, and to keep them connected after.
Built and priced for primes. Months to deploy, and a team to run them that a Tier 3 supplier does not have.
Effective while they are on site. When the engagement ends, the method leaves with them and the findings drift back.

How we work
Every product starts from the exports and logs you already keep. No new system to adopt before you see a result.
Findings point back to the record they came from. Anything the records can't show is stated as a gap, never filled in.
Software does the reading and sorting. A person reviews what goes out, and nothing is presented as a certification.
A corrective action closes on evidence that it worked, not on a signature. That is the habit that keeps an audit from repeating itself.

James spent seventeen years as the person aerospace companies called when a supplier quality system was in freefall and contracts worth millions were on the line. He began with a decade as a quality engineer at an investment castings house, then led supplier quality and supplier development programs at major aerospace OEMs, including Boeing and Pratt & Whitney: walking into broken systems, rebuilding them in about ninety days, and walking out.
Every turnaround worked. Every one eventually broke again, because the system was him. Aegis Technologies is his answer: the method, built into products that keep working after the engagement ends, with a qualified person still signing off what goes out.
