The agenda (AQL-F04) runs in input order, with previous actions first and the conclusions and read-back last. Each item carries a time box, a presenter, the record presented and the decision sought, copied from the pack Summary. Most inputs get ten minutes: about three for the presenter's headline, trend and decision sought, the rest for discussion and the decision. Items with a real decision get longer, items for information five. Anything over ninety minutes gets a break. Agree the agenda with the chair at the preview, and issue it with the pack three working days before.
