Evaluating training

The Training Effectiveness Evaluation (G04) asks one question of every training that matters to the product: did it change what happens on the job? Write down what should be different, in terms someone could observe or count, before the training; evaluate on the job and in the results after a set window; and record what happens when it did not work.
