Training Effectiveness Evaluation
Show that training changed what happens on the job: set the change before the training, evaluate it on the job and in the results after a set window, and keep every training's evaluation on one register with what happens when it did not work.

The problem it solves
Training records are easy to produce and hard to make mean anything. The sign-in sheet shows who was in the room; the course certificate shows someone passed a test; neither shows that the setup, the inspection or the shipping desk now works differently. Auditors ask how the effectiveness of training is evaluated and are shown a feedback form. Meanwhile the trainings that matter most, the ones written into corrective actions, are the ones least often checked. This workbook sets what should change before the training, evaluates it on the job and in the results after a set window, and keeps every evaluation on one register, flagged when it is overdue, done by attendance only, or showed the training did not work.
Who uses it
Quality managers, trainers, supervisors and HR who plan and record training.
When
Write the objective before any training that affects the product or the customer; evaluate it when its window ends; review the register monthly and take the summary to management review.
Free to use, change and copy, in your own organization or with your clients; add your own logo, keep the Aegis credit. Part of: Workforce Competence Kit. Clause references: 7.2 (with 7.1.6, 10.2.1) (numbers only; use your own licensed copy of the standard).
