  3. The NCR trend and the top cause; this month's corrective action (10 minutes).
  4. Objectives: each one's latest result and overdue actions (10 minutes).
  5. CAPA health and readiness: overdue, stuck, effectiveness checks due (10 minutes).
  6. Decisions and read-back: every action, owner and date read aloud (5 minutes).

Before the meeting: the quality manager's checklist

  • Every count for the month is in, and the record checks on the dashboard and the NCR data are clear.9.1.1
  • Definitions are unchanged since last month, or the change is noted on the KPI register.9.1.1

  • The NCR trend has been read for signals, and the cause Pareto's top line is known.9.1.3
  • Each objective's latest result is entered and its overdue actions are listed.6.2
  • The CAPA aging dashboard and the readiness front page have been read this week.10.2
  • Any customer scorecard published this month is entered and reconciled.9.1.2
  • Decisions needed from the general manager are written as approve, choose or date.

Answer each: Yes / No, with your notes and evidence. The Word and fillable PDF handbook have the check boxes.
