The nonconformance records show what was found, what was decided, by whom, with what authority and approvals, what was done, and any corrective action. In this kit:
| Record | Where | What it proves |
|---|---|---|
| The NCR and its log line | D19 | The nonconformance, its disposition, who authorized it, cost, CAPA decision |
| The MRB record | D20 | The evaluation, justification, design authority approval, customer authorization, release and closure |
| The containment checklist | B11 | Every suspect location answered, the sort method and results |
| The hold-area walk | D18 | The cage matched the records on that date |
| Scrap and return records | Your own forms | Scrap made unusable; returns shipped and acknowledged |
| Customer notifications and answers | Filed with the NCR | Who was told, when, and what they said |
