MRB Disposition Record and Log
One record per material review board case, from the evaluation to the signatures to the product action, and one log that ages every open case, tracks every customer authorization and flags any use-as-is or repair released without the approvals it needs.

The problem it solves
Most material review boards make sensible decisions and keep thin records of them. The NCR says 'use-as-is, MRB' and a date. Nobody wrote down why the part still works, who held design authority, whether the contract required the customer's authorization, where the authorization is, or when the product actually left the cage. Meanwhile a use-as-is waits months for a customer answer nobody is chasing. This workbook gives every case one record with the evaluation, the justification and the authorizations in order, tells you whether the product may be released yet, and keeps every case on a log that ages it and flags what is missing.
Who uses it
Material review board members (quality and engineering), the quality engineers who prepare the cases, and the quality manager who owns the board.
When
Open a record and a log line when a nonconformance is referred to the board; work the record at each board; read the Summary at the start of every board and take it to management review.
Free to use, change and copy, in your own organization or with your clients; add your own logo, keep the Aegis credit. Part of: MRB and Nonconformance Kit. Clause references: 8.7, 8.7.1, 8.7.2 (with 8.1.3, 8.1.4, 10.2) (numbers only; use your own licensed copy of the standard).
A management aid, not certification or a registrar audit. Using it does not by itself show conformity to AS9100D or any other standard.

Containment and Corrective Action Verification Checklist
Two checklists: one to confirm containment reached every suspect part, wherever it is, and one to confirm a corrective action is in place where the work is done and has worked, before anyone signs it closed.
