Ten questions for any change

  1. Who owns it, and is it on the log?
  2. Is every impact line answered, with none Not sure?
  3. Can it affect product safety, and why not?
  4. Which documents and programs change, and who withdraws the old ones?
  5. What is the one effectivity point, and what happens to every lot before it?
  6. Does the customer need to approve it, or be told?
  7. Is an FAI needed, full or partial?
  8. Was it approved before anything moved?
  9. Does the first product at the new revision match everything released, at the machine?
  10. Is the configuration register updated, with the effectivity?
