Engineering Change Impact Assessment
Assess every drawing, specification, order or engineering change before anything moves: twenty impact areas, effectivity and old-revision product, product safety, FAI, the customer question, every action to done, and a log of every change.

The problem it solves
A customer releases a new drawing revision. The drawing gets filed, and the rest of the change happens by memory: someone updates the program, someone else may update the inspection plan, the setup sheet in the cell stays at the old revision, a gauge arrives with no calibration record, and the lot in work is finished to whichever revision the operator had. Weeks later an NCR says 'made to superseded revision'. This workbook makes the change go through one assessment: twenty impact areas answered, the effectivity point and what happens to old-revision product, the product-safety and FAI decisions, every action tracked to done with evidence, and a closure that will not read Yes until the old revision is gone from every point of use.
Who uses it
Quality and engineering leaders who run change control, document control, manufacturing engineers, and the change review board.
When
Open an assessment the day a change arrives (a drawing or specification revision, an order amendment, an internal engineering change, a corrective action that changes the product or its documents), approve it before anything moves, and close it after the first product at the new revision is verified.

Manufacturing Process Change Assessment
Assess every change to how a part is made or inspected before it reaches production: a risk screen, the customer's notice and approval, a validation plan with its criterion set first, the trial, the FAI, and a watch over the first lots, with every change on one log.
