| Rhythm | Who | What | Tool |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily | Quality manager | Triage new problems; confirm containment on anything new | B02, B11 |
| Weekly, 30 minutes | Quality manager and action owners | Overdue and blocked actions, verifications due, new repeats; one decision per stuck action | B08 register, B09 |
| Monthly | Quality manager and general manager | Program health: aging, closed versus shown effective, repeats, escalations | B09, B10, B13 |
| Quarterly | Top management | Corrective action status as a management review input; resource decisions | B09 summary into the management review pack |
A weekly review that works has a fixed agenda: verifications due this week; actions overdue or blocked, each with one decision (help, new date with a reason, or escalate); new problems triaged since last week; repeats the register has linked. Thirty minutes, standing if you can.
| Measure | Why it matters | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Open actions by age | Shows whether the system keeps up | A falling count from closing early |
| Overdue against due date | Shows whether commitments mean anything | Due dates moved to stay on time |
| Closed versus shown effective | The real measure of the system | Verification skipped to close faster |
| Repeats | Shows whether actions remove causes | Repeats hidden by new part numbers |
| Customer escapes | What the customer feels | Escapes reported late |
