Supplier Recovery Plan and 30/60/90-Day Planner
Turn a failing supplier you still need into a written plan with both sides' commitments, exit criteria and consequences agreed up front, weekly figures, an action plan by phase, and a decision at day 30, 60 and 90.

The problem it solves
When a supplier you depend on starts failing on delivery and quality at once, the usual response is a flurry: expedite calls, a corrective action request, a stern letter, a visit. Nobody writes down what 'recovered' means, so the pressure stops after one good week and the problems return. The supplier hears a different demand from purchasing, quality and operations, and never hears what happens if it doesn't improve. This planner puts the recovery in one record: the baseline, exit criteria and consequences agreed before day 0, what each side commits to, an action plan by phase and workstream, the same figures every week, and a decision at each gate measured against what was agreed.
Who uses it
Supplier quality engineers and supplier development leads, who run the plan; operations and plant managers, who sponsor it; buyers and planners, who carry our side of it.
When
When a supplier you need is Red on the scorecard for more than one period, fails a corrective action, has a repeat problem or an escape, or warns of a capacity or financial problem, and a single corrective action won't fix it.
