The problem it solves

Most shops judge suppliers by memory: the one who let us down last month feels like the worst, and the quiet one that slipped from 98 to 88 percent on time goes unnoticed until it is a line-down. Without numbers, supplier reviews turn into arguments, the approved list never changes, and the management review gets an adjective instead of a figure. This scorecard turns each period's receipts, rejects, corrective action responses and certificates into four measures every supplier can check, a rating from settings you control, the change since last period, and a suggested next step, so the conversation with each supplier starts from the same facts.

Who uses it

Supplier quality engineers and buyers, who fill it in; quality and operations managers, who act on it.
