The problem it solves
Executives ask one question about IA9100: are we ready? The honest answer is never a single number, and a readiness percentage built on weights nobody can explain invites the wrong debate. What the plant manager needs is short: how many of the changes the record already shows, where the gaps are, whether the work is moving, and what management has to decide. This scorecard puts exactly that on one page, using plain counts you enter from the tools you already run, with a quarter-by-quarter line so the next review compares two pictures instead of starting again.
Who uses it
Quality directors and managers who report the transition, for the plant manager, the general manager and the leadership team.
When
Before each management review while the transition runs, at least quarterly; and when the final IA9100 text is published.
