The problem it solves
IA9100 reaches top management as a line in a customer bulletin and a question: are we ready? Without a clear briefing, leadership either treats it as a quality department matter until the audit is booked, or asks for a full rewrite of the quality system to a draft that may still change. Neither helps. This deck gives management the facts in ten minutes (what the IAQG has published and what it has not, where we stand by theme, the plan in three bands, the risks) and ends with the decisions we need, each with an owner, so the transition becomes a minuted management review output.

Quality directors and managers who present the transition, for the plant manager, general manager and leadership team.
When
At the first management review after the self-check (AQL-H01), then at each review while the transition runs, and at a review soon after the final IA9100 text is published.
