Customer Complaint Log and Response Tracker
Every customer complaint on one line, from the first call to closure: acknowledged, contained, answered and accepted, each against the customer's own dates, with the lines that need action flagged and the counts management review asks for.

The problem it solves
Complaints arrive by email, phone, portal and rejection tag, and land with whoever picked them up: a buyer, a salesperson, the quality manager. Some get a fast, good answer. Others wait while the investigation runs, miss the customer's date, or get closed the day the response is sent and are never checked again. Meanwhile the customer is keeping score on its own scorecard, and the first time the supplier sees the pattern is a rating drop. This tracker logs every complaint the day it arrives, measures each stage against the customer's own dates, flags what is late or missing, and counts the year by type so the pattern shows before the customer shows it to you.
Who uses it
Quality managers who own customer complaints, customer service and sales staff who receive them, and the managers who review them.
When
Add a line the day a complaint arrives, update it at each stage, review the open lines every week, and take the Summary and Breakdown to management review.
