AS9102 FAI Package Completeness Checklist
Review a first article package before it is signed and sent: the part record, materials, special processes and tests, every characteristic, the ballooned drawing and the records behind it, with count reconciliations that find the missing line in minutes.

The problem it solves
A first article can measure perfectly and still come back from the customer: a balloon with no line on Form 3, 'OK' where a value belongs, a certificate that does not trace to the part, a revision that does not agree, a special process source the customer never approved, or a nonconformance signed over. Each rejection delays the first shipment and tells the customer's reviewer to look harder at everything you send. This checklist is the review that happens between the last measurement and the signature: every part of the package checked against the drawing and the order, with counts that reconcile before anyone reads line by line.
Who uses it
The quality engineer or reviewer who checks a first article package before it is signed; inspectors who assemble packages and want to catch their own gaps first.
When
After the first article inspection is complete and before the package is signed and submitted; again after any finding is fixed; and when a customer rejects a package, to find what else it missed.
