Manufacturing Process Risk Assessment
A process FMEA in plain terms: every way each step can fail, rated on scales in plain language, prioritized severity first by levels you set, and each action followed to a re-rating and the control plan.

The problem it solves
Most small aerospace shops have a process FMEA because a customer asked for one at first article. It was rated once, sorted by risk number, and not opened since. Meanwhile the shop's real risks show up as NCRs and escapes that the FMEA never mentioned. This workbook keeps the method simple: rate each failure mode and cause on plain scales, act on severity first, follow each action to a re-rating, and push every change into the control plan, so the assessment stays the living record of how the process can fail.
Who uses it
Manufacturing and quality engineers, with operators, inspectors and supervisors in the rating session.
When
Before first article and production release; at every process, tooling, material or supplier change; after a corrective action or customer escape; and at least once a year.
Free to use, change and copy, in your own organization or with your clients; add your own logo, keep the Aegis credit. Clause references: 8.1.1, 6.1, 6.1.2 (with 8.5.1 and 10.2) (numbers only; use your own licensed copy of the standard).
A management aid, not certification or a registrar audit. Using it does not by itself show conformity to AS9100D or any other standard.
