The problem it solves
A gap analysis asks one question per clause; an auditor asks dozens. This workbook asks the 252 questions we work through when we assess a supplier's quality system, from context to improvement, with the special process and first article questions aerospace adds. Each is answered from a record, counted by section and turned into a dated action plan. It is also the clause self-assessment an Audit Defense Pack reads: send the workbook and its Pack 30 tab gives the pack your answers as they are.
Who uses it
Quality managers and internal auditors at aerospace suppliers, and the consultants who assess them.

Before a registrar or customer audit, at least eight weeks out; once a year as a check on the whole system; and before you ask for an Audit Defense Pack.
